Too often, community minded individuals are unable to pursue their dreams of continuing education in Economic Development due to financial challenges.  The Michael P Hickey Foundation was established to support those exemplary scholars which not only have a strong academic record in undergraduate studies, but also encompass the many facets that are critical in becoming a future industry and community leader.  Competitively awarded, the scholarships will provide critical funding to students based on academic history, need, attitude, and drive, along with all the other key traits of a leader.
